This animation cell was created for Sesame Street after Keith Haring's death in 1990. The project, initiated in the late 1980s, was continued by the Keith Haring Foundation under David Stark's supervision. In 1991, Bill and Colleen Davis of Artbear Pigmation were chosen to produce seven cartoons. These animations, first broadcast between 1992-1993, aired for over a decade. They embody Haring's artistic philosophy and appreciation for children's innocence and inclusivity.
