Mixed media on canvas. 140x120cm

Created with resin and oil paints and incorporating pigments mixed with mediums. The surface was buiult up slowly layer by layer then disrupted and work into again. The raw edges and fissures were highlighted with an umber-tinted diluted oil , revealing fractures and flaws.
