Scorpio the Scorpion is a water sign and is associated with Pluto. Scorpio is linked to intensity, transformation, and depth. Scorpio, in Greek Mythology, derives from the story of Orion. Apollo was jealous of Orion so sent a giant scorpion to kill him.

This picture is dark and brooding. Its underlying arrangement of midnight blue-blacks is washed over with gaseous mists of creamy glazes. The image is punctuated at the lower margins with clouded smears and scuffs of bloody crimson lake. Looming in the void, heavy and pulsating, Scorpio broadcasts a threatening, numinous presence.
