Simple geometry masks a facial silhouette partially exposed through the multiple layers and a personification that signifies our own imperfections and insecurities. Made using multiple layers of mount board that are cut, finished and suspended layer on layer casting shadows within the dramatic three-dimensional artwork. This piece is 45x45x7cm and set in a sealed wooden 3D box frame and protected with clear view 2mm glass.
