Fire pulsed the sky
)
Fire pulsed the sky is an atmospheric painting that captures the first light of morning, as sunlight ignites the clouds and spills across the landscape. The interplay of light and shadow creates an ethereal, almost otherworldly mood.
Built up through layers of oil paint, the richly textured surface is punctuated by a flash of gold leaf that catches the light in the foreground. Evocative and immersive, the painting draws you into the wild beauty of the northern moorland, where shifting weather and fleeting light transform the landscape into something extraordinary.
