The engineered emotion sculpture editions created by Alastair Gibson and Carbon Art 45 are emotions from our heart. We live with  these emotions that shape our everyday lives.

Selected parts and materials used in this sculpture are from modern Grand Prix cars as listed below.

Sculpture limited to sixteen pieces.

Left and right ventricles: Carbon fibre 2 x 2 twill 200 gsm 2.4 mm thick, with red painted detail and red tinted UV resistant coating.

Atriums and arteries: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) 3D printed on Stratasys Fortus 400 MC, FDM(Fused Deposition Modelling) with red coating.

Artery detail: Titanium fuel and hydraulic fittings used on the Sahara Force India, AMG Petronas Mercedes Benz and Honda F1 Grand Prix cars.

Mounting base and support: Granite base with -2 titanium hydraulic hardline support.

Mounting methods: Desk mounted.

Dimensions: L 150 mm W 150 mm H 300 mm on base.
