Self Camouflage,  from. the "In the Folds series, explores the instinct to hide, protect and conceal parts of ourselves. The figure becomes partially obscured by fabric and pattern, creating a tension between visibility and anonymity. Through bold pattern, shadow and realistic portraiture, the work considers identity, vulnerability and the ways we use our surroundings to shield ourselves.
