Chris studied at Portsmouth College of Art and Design in the 80's, after which his art gave way to a career in video production. Chris picked up a paintbrush again about 8 years ago as demands of family life began to ease, a decision that has proved immensely rewarding.
We moved to Dorset 4 years ago and quickly fell in love with it’s unique character and natural beauty, especially Stanpit Marsh, which remains a constant source and inspiration.
Living by the river and for the past couple of years, a pair of Mallards, now known affectionately as Mike and Maeve have taken up residence outside our house and garden and have been very enjoyable to paint.
