Emma Jackson

Manchester Academy of Fine Arts Stand: 302
Emma Jackson is a Manchester-based artist printmaker whose practice explores what endures when images and objects are altered, fragmented or removed from their original context. Working across printmaking, drawing and sculptural forms, she uses processes of creation, destruction and reconstruction to examine how meaning shifts through transformation. Her work draws on found imagery, personal archives and objects, often exploring the tension between absence and presence.

A graduate of Manchester School of Art (MA Illustration, Distinction), Emma has exhibited widely, including at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair. In 2025, she received the Flourish Award for Excellence in Printmaking.
