Jenny Fermor is an established British artist based in Madrid, whose work has been exhibited and collected internationally.

Her paintings are influenced by her experience of light and colour intensity in the mediterranean, and particularly the interaction of sunlight on structure.

She creates her paintings using a combination of observed shapes and structures, and spontaneous response to what is happening on the canvas as she searches for balance and simplicity. Her work floats somewhere between realism and abstract.
