Linda Brill

Manchester Academy of Fine Arts Stand: 302
Linda Brill is a Yorkshire-based artist whose contemplative still-life paintings celebrate the beauty of everyday objects. Working predominantly in oil on board and charcoal, she explores the subtle interplay of light, texture and tone, capturing the material qualities and quiet presence of both natural and man-made forms.

Her practice extends to landscape, where tonal shifts and atmospheric contrasts take precedence over line, creating work that invites reflection and close observation.

Originally from the Welsh Valleys, Linda studied at Bath Academy of Arts and Cardiff Art College. She has exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions, with work held in private collections across the UK, Europe and America.
