Suthamma "Ta" Byrne is an internationally acclaimed Thai painter and one of Singulart's best-selling artists. Her vibrant, cuboid-influenced style blends emotional realism with surrealism, movement, and soft colour palettes. Her signature compositions prominently feature toe-tapping jazz musicians and curvaceous figures with fried eggs for faces.

JOURNEY & BREAKTHROUGH

Raised in a traditional rice-farming village outside Bangkok without electricity or schooling, Ta later worked in a city sweatshop before launching her own business at 22. Her life transformed after encountering an eccentric street artist's studio. Inspired, she began painting in 2012, rapidly gaining international acclaim.

The "Egg" Concept: Sparked by childhood memories of daily fried egg lunches, her famous "Egg Lady" series launched her global career, culminating in her 2023 book Egg Island.
