Sarah Boden MA is a Bristol-based contemporary painter creating layered, mixed-media paintings which celebrate the vibrant life, colour, and cultures of the countries she has called home. Exhibiting across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Asia, Sarah’s paintings are held in private and public collections worldwide.

Since returning to the United Kingdom in 2017, her practice has continued to explore the dynamic relationship between the natural world and mankind, drawing on her architectural training and a rich fusion of Eastern and Western influences.

Her aerial landscape Dancing at Dawn was selected for the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2024 by Hughie O’Donoghue RA. Sarah has recently exhibited at the Fresh Art Fair, Cheltenham, and the Bath Art Fair, and is represented by several UK galleries including Perspetive AIA in London, Modern Art Buyer in Bath, The Sanctuary Gallery in Newnham, and Handmade in Painswick.

In addition to her studio practice, Sarah undertakes private commissions and teaches art workshops both in person and online. Twice a year she hosts immersive Art Retreats in Andalucía, Spain.
