Brass Art
Brass Art have had major solo exhibitions at: HOME, Manchester; The Lowry, Salford; Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Wakefield and substantial commissions from: Arts & Heritage; Meadow Arts; Echappées d'art, Angers, France and Tatton Park Biennial.
They have exhibited their work internationally at: National Museum of Contemporary Art (MNAC), Lisbon, Portugal; Connecting Space Gallery, Hong Kong; and SUSAS, Shanghai, as well as in artist-run spaces and international video festivals across Europe and America.
Nationally they have exhibited in many groups shows including: Dark Matters, Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester; The Festival of the Unconscious, The Freud Museum, London; A Trick of the Light, Grundy Gallery, Blackpool; The Jerwood Drawing Prize, The Jerwood Space, London; and The Economy of the Gift, A Foundation, Liverpool.
Brass Art is the collaborative practice of Chara Lewis, Kristin Mojsiewicz & Anneké Pettican, based in Manchester, Glasgow and Huddersfield.
