Julie Wigg, founded our artist-led gallery - Darl.e and the Bear in 2019 in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. We have spent the last 5 years steadily growing our reputation, with an extensive programme of curated exhibitions in Woodstock and London, showing our gallery artists and a wide variety of invited artists, as well as selected Art Fairs across the UK.
We believe in supporting the future and show carefully selected work by emerging and contemporary artists who forge their own pathways, producing artworks which are thought-provoking, heart felt and innovative.
We also operate our own easy purchase scheme which breaks down the financial barriers of collecting that special piece of art, allowing payments to be spread over 10 interest-free months ( artworks up to £2000 )
