Janette, a member of the Lake Artists Society, is known for her expressive painting and joyful use of colour. Working from her studio overlooking Morecambe Bay, she is inspired by the light-filled landscapes of the South Lakes.
"Taking inspiration from my estuary view I find myself responding to the shapes and colours as they move and morph throughout the day and the seasons. My aim is to develop sensuous and playful layers of fluid and manipulated paint that offer a sense of space while inviting you into my own colourfields."
