Manchester Academy of Fine Arts

Stand: 302
Founded in 1859, Manchester Academy of Fine Arts (MAFA) is an artist-led organisation bringing together a diverse community of practising artists.

MAFA champions artistic excellence in fine art through exhibition, education and dialogue. The Academy supports artists by providing opportunities to exhibit and collaborate, while engaging the public and fostering the creation, enjoyment and appreciation of both traditional and contemporary visual arts.

Making its debut at Manchester Art Fair, MAFA presents a selection of work by its members, offering visitors an opportunity to discover the breadth and individuality of artistic practice within the Academy.
