Mark Gibbs creates intricate horses from recycled wire or clay, and birds from newspaper articles or even banknotes.
He has exhibited widely regionally, nationally, and internationally.
He won the 2020 RBSA Open Prize and exhibited alongside Matisse in ‘Matisse and Contemporary Paper Artists’, Rheged Gallery 2022. That year he was elected an Associate of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists
