Big brooding skies with a strong concentration of light and dark are a trademark of Jessica. She uses a wide array of paint mediums from sprays, enamel to oil. Paint is applied by hand, brush and knife. Freedom of expression holds no bounds. The last 20 years has seen Jessica painting from her studio in the Northern Qtr, Manchester. In 2018 she set up Northern Makes gallery, Bollington and then Northern-scapes found a new home in Alderley Edge. Now after taking some large commissions is firmly fixed back in Bollington, in a huge mill space. In that time she has sold prolifically and has been commissioned by many notable collectors. Jessica is a widely exhibited artist and her works hang worldwide. Jessica has created a fresh body of work to make their debut at Manchester Art Fair. Beauty found in the monumental off shore energy farms, sculpture with the added benefit of delivering a greener future. Large original multimedia paintings on board and canvas.
