Simbart Projects was established in 2018 to support the visibility of emerging artists. During the first two years, Simbart has organized pop-up solo exhibitions featuring independent artists across different venues in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. In 2020, Simbart transitioned to its permanent gallery space located on Çukurcuma Street, Istanbul. Since its foundation, Simbart Projects has featured a thoughtfully curated exhibition program, has worked with more than 40 emerging and notable contemporary Turkish artists and continues to represent them at local and international art fairs.
