After a degree in illustration from The University of Kingston, Tim apprenticed with the painter-etcher Piers Browne at his studio overlooking Wensleydale.
He etches detailed landscape pictures into steel sheets and then print onto paper through a large press. He also paints large seascapes and trees onto gold leaf canvasses.
He sells nationally and works to commission.
