Alleyne is an artist with a background in advertising, now focusing on his passion for painting, particularly inspired by the natural beauty of the landscapes around him. Living in the Peak District National Park, he draws on his deep connection with the outdoors to fuel his creative process. However, his artistic heart is deeply tied to the Isle of Skye in Scotland, where his parents reside. 

Having visited the island since childhood, he is captivated by its dynamic weather and the extraordinary interplay of light, particularly in coastal and mountainous settings. Alleyne expresses this awe through his art, using acrylics and oils, often applied with palette knives. His technique creates a textured, immersive experience, emphasizing the mood and atmosphere of Skye’s seascapes and landscapes. Through his work, Alleyne seeks to convey the shifting contrasts in light and weather, translating the island’s ever-changing beauty into his textured, impressionistic style.
