London-based rare and fine art brokerage Aurum Fox has taken another significant step in expanding the cultural presence of Canadian contemporary artist Greg Deda, following a high-profile partnership during London Fashion Week 2026.

As the Official Art Partner of This Is Icon, Aurum Fox brought together contemporary fine art, fashion and live entertainment at The Brewery in London.

The collaboration provided a platform for Deda’s artistic practice to reach an audience beyond traditional galleries and auction houses.

Where Fine Art Meets Fashion

One of the most distinctive elements of the evening was the integration of Deda’s artwork into runway fashion, with one of his compositions translated into a wearable design.

The presentation demonstrated how the artist’s creative vision could move beyond the canvas, connecting contemporary painting with fashion and wider cultural expression.

Original artworks by Deda were also showcased during the event, introducing guests to his distinctive combination of Magic Realism, abstraction and expressive contemporary painting.

A £45,000 Private Auction

The event also featured a live auction, during which Aurum Fox reports that a unique original artwork by Deda was sold for £45,000.

This privately reported result followed the artist’s £50,000 public auction sale at Tate Ward in September 2025.

The two transactions took place in different market settings but demonstrate the range of platforms on which Deda’s artwork has been presented.

Expanding the Artist’s Audience

For Aurum Fox, the London Fashion Week collaboration represents part of a wider commitment to bringing exceptional fine art into new cultural environments.

Through exhibitions, auctions and partnerships, the company aims to introduce Deda’s work to an increasingly diverse audience of collectors, art enthusiasts and creative professionals.

Next Stop: Manchester Art Fair 2026

Following the London presentation, Aurum Fox will exhibit five carefully selected works by Deda at Manchester Art Fair this November.

The collection will include Pygmalion, Edition 2 (2018), an ambitious Magic Realism painting inspired by classical mythology, alongside a selection of works demonstrating the artist’s remarkable versatility.
