My practice is grounded in an immersive exploration of natural environments, particularly coastal landscapes. Spending extended periods in these places, I absorb their essence through slow observation and sensory engagement. Each location becomes a collaborator, informing my process through collected field notes — photographs, prints, colour charts, sound lists, activity logs — that anchor memory and emotion. Alongside this research, intuitive rituals such as walking barefoot, touching stone, and moments of stillness deepen my connection to the land.
