Polished Bronze and Aluminium Apples

As part of her Significant Tree Projects, Caroline has been casting the fruit of famous trees. The National Trust give the artist access to Woolsthorpe Manor where Isaac Newton was born and where the famous apple fell which led to his thoughts on gravity. She has been collecting some of the apples from the tree and has made beautiful one off casts from the original fruit.
